in isaiah chapter forty-two god the father witnessed of his truth

i am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the father
who has sent me here for you (john 8: 17-18)
in isaiah forty-three and four, jehovah made his witness sure
about himself, creator and redeemer, savior for all men (isaiah 43: 1, 3, 44: 24)
before him there was no god formed (isaiah 43: 10)
the first and last, he told us more: (isaiah 44: 6)
forget the former ways and see
that i am doing a new thing! (isaiah 43: 18-19; eph. 4: 22-24)
jehovah said this covenant would be on our hearts and minds (jer. 31: 33)
as jesus he went on the cross and he offered up his life

when jesus was baptized he was witnessing by what he did
the spirit came down like a dove and rested on him
