a better chocolate cake? in this article, a new and weird ingredient has been discovered to make chocolate cake better and moister. mayonnaise! according to yahoo! news, mayonnaise is a secret ingredient to make cake taste a lot better. although it sounds pretty weird, if you really think about it, mayonnaise is just egg whites and oil mixed together. the mayo shouldn’t really affect the taste of the cake, just the moist and texture of it. this article is really interesting because i enjoy baking and preparing pastries so i feel that this extra ingredient can make some goodies taste a lot better. it’s something that i’ll definitely try doing and incorporate it to my next cake or even cupcakes
