‘أَلاَ وَإِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ لَمُضْغَةً’

‘إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ’
if it is pure and good, meaning free from disease
looked after, taken care of, it is good
the entire body will be similar in goodness
