honestly, i’m not sure why..
anyway!
i arrived at your job, just to hear you were gone
i had a feeling buying spoons had taken me far too long
so with a heavy heart, i sadly headed back home
but as i got inside i found
this note i hadn’t seen
and in thick, red crayon
the words were written:
“shane, i love you with all my heart, i’ll promise me that we will never part. cause sometimes the things that you think and feel, are worries that keep you from what’s real”
i stepped outside and there you were
the most beautiful person in the world…

the dream then ended right there
and i woke up with a start
an overwhelmingly huge pain filled up my heart
there’s nothing worse in the world
then a dream that feels..real
