music i great, i love music, it keeps me alive. what also keeps me alive is pride. the lyric above is the brutal truth that after a certain point, you do things just cause people keep telling you that you won’t. i got a long way to go and like to think i have a good heart but listen, i won’t lie and say i don’t want my ‘i told you so’ moments with the world. i do, i really do. that’s why after those verses it goes into the hook:

phorreal interlude
man, this was fun. if you heard this record i mess with you because that means you waited til the end of the man and didn’t skim through my shit. these records are easy for me. i heard the beat and started fooling around and i’m a big r&b and melody head. i thought and entire song would be too much so i just through a verse on there and did the hook. i named if ‘phorreal’ because it’s a play of pharrell. i feel like he would have did this record in 2004, so i channeled him here, ha

red and blue = gangs of course but also mixing red and blue makes purple. lean is puple…. ah forget it
this is probably the first record(kind of) for the ladies i put out, and i was hesitant because of my fake singing, but the reaction has been amazing so, look out for more
