the resquesting of this information makes someone guilty of conspiration of fraud and related activity in connection with computers

what if the harm to ongoing matter is an actual conviction?

it says that the evidence was not enough to charge a campaign member of actually being enlisted as a ru operative, but it doesn’t say it couldn’t charge anything else. it also says that it couldn’t charge a campaign finance violation, but it doesn’t say it couldn’t charge it as conspiring fraud

it also says the evidence is not sufficient to prove that they hired the gru to affect the votes, but it doesn’t say the evidence wasn’t enough to charge the cooperation of efforts to uncover dirt on hillary

it does day however that many of the campaign members lied to the investigators, which is a chargeable offense as the lies resulted in the impairement of the russia investigation

page 60 of the report shows direct communications between donald jr. and wikileaks that requested more information (information acquired by criminal hackers.) and showing support by tweeting their link. this looks like a cooperation to fraud and internet crime

not only was the breach of the servers welcomed by the president, he insisted to have the rest of the 30,000 emails also publically disclosed not taking into consideration her privacy
