“now, on the other side, communists and people sympathetic to the communists attacked roosevelt during the period of the stalin*hitler pact, which was signed in august of 1939, and which ended on june 21st, 1941, when hitler attacked the soviet union. during this two*year period, the communists said, ‘no interference in europe!’ they had a slogan: ‘yanks are not comin’!’ and they sang this song.”
