so recently i’ve been wondering who the most sk!lled rapper is. at first i thought it would be an easy decision but i quickly discovered it wasn’t. there are so many rappers and all are good at different things, for instance 2pac. a case can be made to say he is the best at telling a story with his lyrics, but his verses are often very simplistic. so its because of this that i need your help i want to make an actual list of the top twenty best rappers based 100% of pure sk!ll as a lyricist and not as a vocalist or performer. so just sounding good won’t mean anything here. please share with me an artist that you think is the most sk!lled and why. give actual reasons not just “he a real og” or a simler response. if you know of a particular album or article that supports you claim please link it in your reply

intricacy (clever word play, alliteration, metaphors and extended metaphor ext.)
ability to rhyme words (obviously)
story telling (to tell a story while still maintaining other sk!lls listed)
vocabulary (using lot of word and really big words)
ability to convey a meaning (anyone can rap about nothing)
ability to keep a beat (nothing worse than rapping off beat)
flow (how well they transition between different rhyme schemes)
versatility (venturing into other genres and making every song sound different)
dont judge rappers because of
