“two weeks later rachel left home and went to live with this scr*p dealer bloke, who had a shed over the other side of the moor. it’s pathetic but it doesn’t end
“dad mumbled a couplet and seized to rule. nailed himself to a tree, he couldn’t afford blowing bubbles in the gentle sleep. that’s history of all our dreams”
