expound the 12th chapter of isaiah, and the third verse:
“with joy he draw water out of the well of salvation.”
way back yonder in the garden of eden, adam stopped up the well in the way of sin. but my savior, that old makeless lamb of god, gave hisself to die on the cross, every man might have a right to the tree of life, and unstopped the well of salvation, and said to world “come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and i’ll give you rеst.” way by and by, when god shall come back on the sidе of the cloud, when he shall come back after the church, with the front wheel of the chariot running by faith and the hind wheel be running by grace. every blood*bought child of god that have dug deep and have laid the foundation, have built on that solid foundation, he can remember well when god touched his heart and opened up his blinded eyes and placed his foot on the rock [?] and told him to run and don’t get tired, every child of god that knows that he had drawed water out of the well of salvation. when god shall drink his son up in his judgment gullet and shall come back to judge the world, with his eyes looking like b*lls of fire and his feet looking like fine polished brass, and shall come back after the church of god. every child of god that [?] sometime will [?] up the king’s highway, when gab’el shall put one foot on the sea and the other one on dry land and shall swear by him the time i have been would be no more, when we shall listen to the sound of the trumpet and we shall get up and [?] to that solace of faith and into [?]. who is that coming from [?]? lord, have mercy on my soul. amen.
