we’re two parts of a whole

not all things
can be in symmetry
but it can still be symmetric and have some symmetry

now pretend i draw a line
that you can see
clearly
on one side of this line we all are free and remember all is symmetry
because all is you and me
but picture that we all are free
and standing together is you and me
and everyone else is there in perfect harmony
which is an amazing thing if you think about it
because it could never really be
now you see
on the other side there’s this thing
let’s call it reality
where there’s you
and there’s me
but we hate each other and it’s clear to see that clearly
we belong together
but that’s something that n0body can accept
so what is left to accept, except hope?
now let’s define hope:
in one definition hope is what you shove down people’s throats
but the throats of those who are forced to swallow hope
are those whose bodies can’t accept it
and hope just ends up getting flushed into the septic… tank
now another definition of hope is:
something you should take with you wherever you go
because you hope good luck follows you to and fro
but even with those two we still have no real definition of the word
because to me, i guess that
hope is a longing, like a need
for something you can’t reach
or maybe you can
just by someone else’s help or their deeds it’s like a plead for a salvation that you know that you need
from the depths of your heart to deliver you from your greed
but now let’s take same hope
from side one and side two
they both have the same exact hope
that times will get better and trust me they do
but as a matter of fact life is like an arrow and this is how i know that that is true because an arrow can only be shot by being pulled backwards
so when life pulls you down out of the blue be prepared to fly, and keep aiming towards your hope
but an arrow has a path
and you can’t change that path no matter how hard you try after you’ve been shot
so don’t try to mess with god’s plan
or you’ll get shot
not literally, but figuratively
